Refunds or exchanges are not available unless the item is incorrect, defective, or damaged or has not been delivered within 30 days of the shipping date. If your items meet the above criteria please send us an email by using our contact form.

Reorders and Refunds (if applicable)

We ask that you take photos of all items you received if they are defective or damaged and forward the photos to Trinidad Gifts.

After receiving your message with photo proof, we can either replace the items or refund you the purchase amount.

You will receive a credit to your original method of payment or credit card within a certain amount of days if you opt to receive a refund.

There is no need to return your items so please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)

If you haven't received a refund yet, first recheck your bank account.

Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.

Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

In the event that you or your recipient provide Trinidad Gifts with an incorrect mailing address or if the recipient fails to pick up the package from the delivery company or post office, Trinidad Gifts will not issue a return or refund.

It is not our responsibility to provide replacements or refunds for items stolen from doorsteps or porches of you or your designated recipient.

In the event that you have not received your order and it is taking longer than expected, please contact Trinidad Gifts so that we can follow up on the status of your order.
